Website UI Design for Pilot Application

Introduction

Flysto is a pilot application that assists pilots in planning and archiving their journey with the aircraft. The software is mature and well designed, so my mission is to create a great website to introduce the product to the world.

Define the Issue

The ultimate goal is to attract our potential users to sign up for a trial, testing out how well is the software. Therefore, the layout shows the product features and diverse aviation activities that services support. And above all, the visible "Sign-up" style allows visitors to quickly find the CTA option on the page.

Creation process

To create a cohesive style for the website, I picked some elements related to travel/navigator/aviation. And I largely use the components directly sourced from the product to enrich the website visually.

User Interface

To structure the website, I create the following layout and components:

• Header, and footer
• Features box
• Showcase box
• Icon set

I also build the prototype in Figma, to present how the hover effect and collapse effect looks like.
